New To Z Scale?

This is small and fragile stuff. Things that are easy in larger scales are more difficult. You need tweezers and a magnifying glass sometimes. But you can pack a lot of realism in a small space. Here are some great links to websites that you should visit:

David Karp's great "Do it yourself in Z Scale", a wealth of knowledge.

Bill Kronenberger's "Z-Bend Track", a site dedicated to Z module construction, but you can learn a lot about track planning and good standards to follow in design. (besides, by making him famous for 30 minutes, maybe I can coerce him into putting more of his vast knowledge out there.)

There is also a great news group on www.yahoogroups.com for those of you who don't mind signing up. Since it is private, you will have to get a yahoo id and email... kind of a pain, but I believe worth it for the news group and exposure to other Zed-heads.

First loop of track, notice the Quarter and Havana cigar band for scale.
