Cab 04 mods

From Dave Heap:

I remapped Option to e-stop and coloured the button red with a Texta.

I added the side pushbutton as per the manual and then remapped:
- Shift+Rev to Momentum
- Shift+SelectLoco to Recall
- Shift+Macro to SelectAccesory
- Shift+0 to +10 (F10-F19 then F20-F28).

YMMMV.

But they are still somewhat limited.
